How to Avoid Criticism
Step 1 of 9 Ways to Health – because without it feeling good is difficult!
I wonder if you dislike being criticised as much as I do. There is no doubt that being on the receiving end of criticism can be a very painful experience. If you attract a lot of criticism you may be wandering through life acting as prickly as a hedgehog to others thinking this is the way to protect yourself. The good news is that there is a gentler, easier way for you to go about this: Stop criticising… yourself!
I hope that has got your attention! Now let me explain. When you stop criticising yourself, and start choosing (yes, it is a choice!) more supportive thoughts, you will stop attracting criticism from others. This is because people's behaviour towards us tends to mirror our own behaviour towards ourselves. It therefore makes perfect sense to make this turnaround. It will prevent a lot of heartache and aggravation.
Choosing to put aside criticism will take you a giant step towards your best self. Choose to:
Be the Best You Can Be! It will definitely help to you feel good about yourself. Even if the above solution sounds simplistic I do urge you to make the choice to give it a try. You won’t regret it! I would love to hear how you get on.
Let’s feel good!

P.S. In my book, 9 Days to Heaven, How to make everlasting meaning of your life, there is a chapter on healthy living. I end with listing 9 ways to health. Being healthy is so very important. Without good health our life becomes very difficult. Because of this I decided to kick-off these articles by taking each of those 9 points separately.
